☛ Customer Service Coordinator (Import/Export)
Responsible for coordinating end-to-end shipment operations, including booking management, vessel and container arrangements, and liaison with internal and external parties. The role oversees shipment planning, documentation, customs clearance, vessel schedules, billing accuracy, shipment tracking, issue resolution, and timely communication, while performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

☛ Warehouse Supervisor
Responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch, while ensuring inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and efficient use of manpower and resources in coordination with operations teams.

☛ Haulage Operation Control
Responsible for coordinating daily haulage operations, including truck scheduling, shipment tracking, compliance, and issue resolution to ensure timely and cost-effective cargo movements.
